The NLPC held a discussion on this topic on 13 March 2020 in Kathmandu, where various experts and stakeholders including Parliamentarians, lawyers, political analysts, journalists and civil society activists participated and expressed their views. Dr. Bipin Adhikari made a comprehensive presentation on the topic based on the research commissioned by him on behalf of the NLPC. Incorporating views of the participants of the discussion, a final report has been prepared that provides comprehensive information on the topic discussed.
