Shiva Bahadur Bisangkhe Mr. Bisangkhe is the Chief Executive Officer of the Centre. He is an advocate. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Law from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu in 1996 and earned a master’s degree in Political Science from the same university in 2008. He also graduated in 2013 from the University of York, United Kingdom, with a degree in International Human Rights Law and Practice.Mr. Bisangkhe is now teaching at the Kathmandu University School of Law as a guest faculty (Assistant Professor). From 2014 January to 2019 January, he was the Executive Director of Democratic Freedom and Human Rights Institute (www.dfhri.org), a human rights organization based in KathmanduIn 2012, Mr. Bisangkhe received the Chevening Scholarship, which is awarded by the government of United Kingdom to outstanding scholars with leadership potential for a one-year Master’s degree. |

Programme Officer | Supun Dahal Ms Dahal is the Programme Officer of Nepal Law and Policy Centre. She has completed her undergraduate studies from Kathmandu University School of Law and has received Advocate’s license from Nepal Bar Council. Ms Dahal’s primary interest lies in Public Policy, Human Rights and International Law.She has been serving as the General Secretary of Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students (SEBS) for more than 3 years. She has also represented Nepal in various national and international events located in USA, Myanmar, Vietnam and India. |
Admin and Finance officer | Kailash Neupane Mr Neupane is the financial and administrative officer in NLPC. He has completed his Bachelors in Business Administration from Tribhuwan University. Mr. Neupane is an active social worker and is involved with youth group Tanneri Chaso, which conducts various humanitarian and activism activities. |
